It depends. Those items are not things they usually carry, shop often and you might get lucky. Also try the Aldi on K Street, they often have different items this store doesn't have.

No, not consistently. They may occasionally have almond butter as a specialty item. Don't recall seeing wax paper there ever, but i haven't looked for it in a long time.
