I don't if is there any Managers at place, but this KFC on Ohio Drive needs assistance and cleanliness. The guys at windows taking payment from customers shouldn't be at all serving the or make any boxes. Here is why, they take payment from different customers, touch anybody's credit card then without washing their hands and with noo gloves on they make the chicken's boxes then serve and touc the fries. Please they need to stop, it is so unsanitary and dirty, specially in this pandemic of Corona and Monkeypox virus. I see them doing this again, I will take a picture and send it to Corporate office.

Don't bother going here. The customer service is literally non-existent. I couldn't tell you how well the food was cooked because after waiting in an empty line for 5 minutes at the drive-thru I had to leave as I watched a large family eat indoors. My attempt to walk into the dining room but stopped by all the doors being locked. It was as if that family had rented out the whole facility. This was not super late or early in the day. I then ate across the parking lot at the Taco Bell where I got to watch an endless parade of cars go through the exact same thing I did.

They serve Halal chicken (if asked), and staff if friendly and quick.

Terrible. I ordered online @ 11:04 and it said it'll be ready@ 11:10 and it was ready 11:06 why the complaint? Because the chicken sandwich was supposed to be cooked to order and was ready ahead of time. Plus the chicken breast orders ( with fries) were cold and the chicken was burnt, like double fried. I worked fast food for many many years and can tell it was double dipped. Not cool KFC! And fries salty. I won't go back!
