**IT HAS NOW BEEN 6 MONTHS WITH NO REPLY OR REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY** I don’t recommend ordering here. I ordered food through their website on 12/05 around 5:00 PM. Multiple Door Dashers showed up and left. Tried calling the store for about an hour, but their line was busy. Finally, Door Dasher number 8 responded and informed me that the store closed at 4:00 and sent pictures of a paper taped to the door. I contacted Door Dash to cancel the order/get a refund but was unable to, because it was placed on the store’s website. These posted hours are NOT reflected on the website nor Door Dash. I tried calling the store during these hours for several days and the line is was still busy. I reached out on the website and the area director responded on Monday 12/06 and asked for my order information so I can get my refund… it’s now almost a month and I’ve reached out three more times and still have not gotten a response. I’m frustrated at this point and just want my refund.

This place was one of my favorite spots until yesterday. We pulled up to the drive thru and there was an awful loud smell! It smelled like dead rotten meat. It was awful! Their back door was wide open so I assume the smell was coming from there. It was so loud I don’t see how the workers were able to take it. Anyways we pulled off. I’m not trying to get food poisoning. I’m going to have to find another one.

Terrible. Ordered direct on Boston Market website for pickup at 5 and had my credit card charged. If there are staffing shortages, emergency, etc - disable your online ordering. Found out after the fact that it looks like we're not the first one.. and we weren't the only ones that got bamboozled. Other cars drove up and we all had the same confusion.

I ordered online at this location last night but they were closed for the whole day so didn't get my food but I did get charged. The neon light-up "open" sign is even on but there's a sign on the door saying they're closed. Would not recommend this location for online orders. Would also like a refund please. Edit: Hey Tim I emailed them and they just said to get my refund thru whatever third party app I used to order. But that's been a hassle. Thanks for taking my 16 bucks
