Do you have a monthly rate?

I was a resident there for some time, they did do monthly when I was there. It's short term, but it used to be around$400

If you want a monthly rate they only have weekly rates but if you want a weekly rate they only have a monthly rate. I am only guessing but I am thinking whatever fills their pockets fast works for them.

Best to call & ask as it changes depending on the season.
