The front desk staff was patient professional and extremely knowledgeable. I used to bring my children a few years ago and I let the distance keep me closer to home but I ended up coming back because of the service. My children’s teeth do well under their care.

Please do not take your children here. My daughter appointment was at 1:00 and we didn’t get seen until 2:00. Make sure to look at your bills correctly because they will lie to you about it. The place also didn’t look good in the inside.

If I could give Augusta Smiles less than one star I would. DO NOT waste your time by bringing your children here. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional and unorganized like no other office I have encountered before. I have had nothing but problems and wasted trips since my daughter first received her braces. They schedule appointments incorrectly, the wait times are extreme, the staff both behind the desk and the staff performing the destistry and orthodontics work are inexperienced. The office as a whole has no respect for patients time or a sense of professionalism. There should be a Dr. there at all times but on most of my visits there was no Dr. to be found. Also, on one occasion the receptionist had her baby at work with her. Please spare yourself and your child the headache and avoid this office.
