3 hour wait for immunizations nothing else. Was the second person to arrive at the 1 o’clock time. They refused to service both of my kids and said they could only do one. Okay. Finally got an off day and was kidnapped by this place. There is no sense of urgency ever on any day and total disregard for others time. Hate I have to come here. I’m guessing it’s hard to find nurses to work here, and all the employees always look so sad and miserable.

This place is just HORRIBLE they ask you to be here “ 730 am to sign in for your shots. It’s now 903 am and I’m still sitting waiting for a 10 minute procedure!!! Unacceptable I understand understaffed but this is a poor excuse of providing patient service !! Richmond County needs to do better

You need proof of residency, proof of income and a valid ID
I arrived right b4 closing on a Friday and the security guard told me the best time to come was mornings. I needed a booster for an autistic boy who is very afraid of shots. The nurses came out to the car and gave him his shot while he was seat belted in the back seat. That worked very well. I would say everything is evolving with covid & they adjust from week to week.
Call laney walker office

No they so not. Try an ENT office they should be able to do it.
Monday thru Friday from 730 to 5 are building hours. We like to check our last std patient in around 3 because the visits take about and hour and there is charting and ither duties that have to be done before we leave at 5. Bring insurance and id or proof of income within last 30 days. If no check stub go to dept of labor and ask for a WG15 form.
Depends on what visit u need and if it's for a male , female or 19 and under?
