I’ve giving this review solely for Dr. Garzone (CPT). I was very hesitant about trying to get my birth control replaced (which is a painful procedure) at Connelly clinic given that it’s not an OBGYN office. Also, as a service member, Army doctors typically horrify me. The moment Dr Garzone stepped into my room he made me feel comfortable, cared for, and relieved. He took many precautions before the procedure, and even took care of some other things I needed. FEMALES, if you need anything taken care of in that field, PLEASE ask for Dr. Garzone. He is very empathic, and takes great care in what he does. 10/10 recommend seeing him. He’s a treasure to have at Connelly clinic/Eisenhower, Ft Gordon.

Came to sick call (0530) "as directed" to see a medical provider on Sep 30th. Clinic tells me they can't see me for sick call so I need to schedule an appt to see the provider. I come back at 0800 to see the provider and they do very minimum effort checks on me... she gave me a 7 day profile and instructored me to come back on Monday for walk-in physical therapy... I had to ASK the provider to put me on quarters because I was unable to walk and get dressed by myself because I had just got struck by a car the other day... it gets worst... I show up on Monday at 0600 for PT and the therapist says he can only take 3 so 4 of us had to leave because the other therapist didn't show up today... now they tell me I can schedule an appt for PT so I had to come back at 7 to schedule the appt... why didnt the med provider make me an appt for physical therapy when I came in on Friday? I have never been to a clinic ran this poorly in my 13yrs of service.

Post your hours somewhere so people aren’t wasting time especially when the Fort Gordon appointment line gives the wrong hours.
