I know who you're talking about and she spreads her misery every freakin morning. She's a goblin.
She has a tough job and a company policy to follow. Let's all try to be a little nicer to each other.
I agree! I was there earlier and the hot and ready sign was on but yet this same woman told me "the ones on the line arent for sale" and gave me ones that were as cold as if they had came out my fridge. Then when I said "Well the sign is on" she said "Well it will be off in 10 minutes"

Friendliness will increase customer satisfaction and sales. This place is usually short on manners. It's rare to feel like your smile is returned. They don't even fake-it. Charging for water is acceptable, but the way the employees speak to you, is not!
