Must have been a bad day i always been pleased with there products
Well if you've ever noticed you can't ever find the chocolate iced cream filled during the middle of the summer it's because Krispy Kreme only makes them in the store because during transportation the creme filling will melt into the dough as if it were never there but the sweetness of the doughnut remains ,a way you can see for yourself is but some and take them home and out them into the microwave for a few secs and inside the creme will seemed to have disappeared.......
Either cheapness , or a new employee That didn't know what They were doing , I get Krispy Kreme doughnuts every year when We go to Ga.and S.C.
There is a woman there that intentionally tries to make everyone who walks through the door absolutely miserable. She probably made those donuts. She's a complete goblin.
Chris, I share your thoughts. I went in just the other day, talked to one of the employees about it. Worst than that, I bought 2 dozen and most had nothing but a whole, nothing was it it. Well, she could have cared less.

Idk maybe the machine had gotten messed up or someone didn't realize it. I don't know what to say, it's never happened to me before...
Sometimes the machine malfunctions its not something that happens often but if it really upset you you can always take it back up to the counter
