So happy to see that you guys are back open again😍. This is my staple spot when I'm in town b/c I looovve your cheddar broccoli soup😋 along w/the club sandwich🥪. I usually stay in N. Chas and I can always count on you guys to have something on the menu to fill me up. Thank you for re-opening again💯👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I wish I could give zero stars everything about this place is true $63 worth of food and only get one sandwich and a salad and then when delivered it was not even placed at the right address couldn’t get my money back this place is awful you call the store and they are rude as hell if they even answer the phone the food not only was wrong but looks like they threw it into the box and shook it up. So disappointed. Their location at Azalea Square in Summerville is so much better I recommend going there if you eat at McAllister‘s never go to the one on Centerpoint Drive.

Ordered online, spud and soup. Went to pick up, after standing in line, was told they were out of spuds. (Seems that could've been noted online.) I asked for refund and was told it was done while I was in store. A week later it wasn't refunded so I called corporate to have it taken care of, after trying the store several times with no luck getting a manager to come to the phone.

Young girl working upfront was completely rude. Had to ask her “how she was doing?” to which we didn’t get a response so we awkwardly just started ordering. Then she left the register to go in the back to fool around with another co-working in the middle of ordering. Food was good.
