Hi Pamela, you should have been able to get in touch with a dispatcher last night by calling 1-800-942-3141. Also, when you pay via app, our online payment portal, or kiosk, it generates a reconnect order once the balance is paid. Please call the 800 number today and ask to speak to Paula.
So a power company turns off your power, but gives you no way to pay it to get it turned back on???
