I am over $1000 overpaid and they refuse to give my overpayment back. And the female I spoke with was very hateful for no reason. Because of how she was acting towards me I asked if there was anyone else higher that I could speak with and she said a commissioner and gave me no # or fax or anything to contact the commissioner. It's wrong how they treat people especially during times like these. Very disappointed

The gas people was at fault by putting there line into my sewer pipe. Now they dont wanna pay for tyere mistake. I'm ashamed there the ones I have for utility company. If I knew this I'd never would have bought a house in Laurens. Such a dissapoint
