Good luck getting them to answer your calls or return your calls even having left multiple messages. I called for a week straight, never got 1 person to answer, left messages explaining my dog was having seizures and begging for someone to return my call so that I could have him seen. NEVER got a call back. Took him elsewhere and got him stabilized. A month later they refused to approve his prescription at the pharmacy we use because they later explained after I placed an emergency call so that I could speak to someone, that he was past due for blood work so they couldn’t give him his prescription (which is the only thing that keeps him from having seizures- he misses ONE dose, he seizes) I asked them why we weren’t contacted to let us know that he needed the blood work because we have no idea how often, what months etc. he required that to get his medicine and that vets usually call to schedule instead of just taking their medicine away and they couldn’t answer why we weren’t contacted. Then they didn’t have any available appointments and I told them if I didn’t get his medicine that day he would start seizing so could we get medicine to get us through to the next available appointment… was told we would receive a call back- by the time we got that call out sweet dog had a seizure and passed away. If they had answered the phone the week I called and left messages for a week straight he would have been seen for blood work at that time. But due to lack of communication, and nobody that seemed to actually care about our dog, he is now gone. Go somewhere where your animal will be a priority and you’re not begging for people to answer phones, return calls, inform you of due blood work, etc.
