Last time I was there, someone threw a bday party complete with a bouncy house.

I'm not sure but they have personal there that you can talk to or you can call by phone,but I seen people out there having a cookout too last week

There is no provision for public camping or overnight stays unless allowed by Park officials, ie, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts,etc, or other org. This is what I articulated to my person when I inquired. I fish there regularly and had seen no provision for public camping.

Yes, but you need to pay a $35 annual fee for out of county residents, or $10 for a two day pass to get a sticker for your kayak. Sometimes it's hard to catch someone in the office at the lake to get the sticker, but I believe there's another office in Laurens where you can get one. http://lcwsc.com/services/lake-rabon/

At the spillway to the right and down the hill once you pull in but no not at the lake

You can go by the Laurens County Waterboard to purchase one, that is probably your best bet.

You will your regular fishing license to fish, nothing special for the site.
