I wouldn't recommend metro by T-Mobile to anyone. There customer support are incompetent and rude. The 5g service is aweful and looses network connection all the time. The workers in the store are friendly but unprofessional. if you have device issues you are just screwed. There prices are good but so is straight talk and cricket. I would even suggest boost before them.

Always has been that way since day one.
This store has gone down since the two women managers took over. They have no customer svc skills at all. I switched my svc.from metro pcs because of the attitude they have towards paying customers.
No late fees
They aint got sense enough to put a glass screen protector on a phone. I would say no
You have unlimited data but not unlimited max speed data. After a certain threshold cell carriers will throttle back your speeds. You won't be charged for data usage, it just won't be as fast as your speeds at the beginning of your billing cycle.
