Store manager was unwilling to help. Was also untruthful about my purchase. I visited only for questions about my speaker, but I was quickly and rudely stopped before I could explain my concern and advised to call a number on the bottom of the box instead of receiving help. I had to drive all the way to Simpsonville and received the help I needed from them.
