Google lifeline animal services. They have a couple of locations where you can drop the kitten off.
Was she alone, did you see the mama cat. She might be nursing her and had just gone to get food. If the kitten looks malnourished and dirty, keep her with you else drop her where you found her. You can drop her at the shelter when it opens, but its best chance of survival is with the mama cat.
