While we are humane and will take good care of your dog, i will suggest getting a pet friendly apartment. They can help you spay and neuter him and find pet friendly housing. Keep your pup with you.
You should try giving your dog off to a family/person. Have the shelter as a last option. The shelter guys are very good but the probability of your dog getting adopted is less compare to to direct give away. Use Craigslist for starters Hope your pup finds a new home soon :)
