I just received what says "second notice" to register the pet I used to have. I gave that pet to my father. Do I have to register it if I no longer have it?

You need to inform them that the pet isn't in your care and then forward the information to your father so that he can register the pet in his name.

You need to call them and tell them you no longer have the pet and your father now has it.
