I am an avid rider. I go early mornings twice or so a week. There are dogs on the trails. I pay attention, and call out RIDER!!! They are always respectful and I have never had an issue as I say Good Morning Guys! On my way by. I normally wont even run into anyone, and I move at a good clip. I think it's a positive thing. DORBA advocate.

Too many unauthorized motor vehicles on the spine trail and along the NE = freewheel Pkwy bridge - never go on the trail toward twilight or week ends - stopped walking with it without dogs earlier this year after a dukes of Hazard wanna be flew over a bump - threw bottles of something out the windows and honked and yelled at me to get the @@@@ off the trail

That would be very bad.

I recommend against it. The trails can get pretty narrow in spots and there are some cyclist that ride pretty fast through some of the more difficult trails making it near impossible for two people (or a dog) to comfortably move about

I've seen a couple of people do it there. I would recommend it.
