Come to 275 Pryor St. SW Atlanta, Georgia 30303? Gateway!!!!!! They Will Assist You?

They will assist males in getting work....it takes some time (6 momths) but if u are determined and i mean really determined u will be employed (i know because i graduated the program)..they do offer some type of help for families but it's not the best..for ur girl and ur children i suggest u look into a shelter in georgia i forget the name of it but they will take care of her and ur children until u can get some money going..also they will give her a chance to better herself..in atlanta it's hard for homeless women.... IN georgia there is a place that they can stay...if u want to stay there with them u can. Like i said it's hard for homeless families in the city of atlanta it's not impossible but it's hard.. But if ur trying to get employed and get money fast georgia works at gatway will do it for you (men only)but you gotta be smart by that i mean u gotta trust god.

Be prepared to sleep on the streets. Gateway is limited in their resources and space is limited. Go to Cobb County and try the shelter there. The chances of you receiving adequate services are greater and they seem to handle business more efficiently. Gateway has not improved over the years but the services have been drastically diminished. They do provide some services but I wouldn't risk the well being of my family on them being expedient.

Check local Churches. Try Ousley UMC or St. Timothy UMC. How is your credit? How are your people skills? Do you have an extensive criminal history and or background? The only reason why I asked these questions is because you may be able to talk to a realtor or a homeowner who is selling their house, and see if you can live there until the house gets sold. Foreclosed houses owned by the bank are more likely to let you stay in the house, because they want the house to stay well kept. It may take a while but you will eventually find somewhere to stay. Keep your head up
