I’ve had three people call me to answer the same questions over and over. They tell you to wait for a caseworker to call you back. I’ve been waiting for two weeks now. Not helpful and feel as though I’m being made fun of!! It’s fine living in our car is doing is just fine.

I am a Home Health Care provider. I called this agency to simply gather specifics on the types of services offered, due to my helping a displaced, disabled veteran. Needless to say, I was utterly disappointed by the lack of respect given to me during this call, and being denied general information in such a rude way. Sadly, these agencies that are allegedly in place to assist our community have the potential to do more damage by demeaning the value of others rather than offering compassion and dignity in such trying times. I am aware that this is one individual representation, but one rotten apple has the potential to contaminate the entire batch. Very sad and disappointing.

In this place this lady was very rude I mistreated my friend, an elderly person who was in need. Very despot the lady who attended as if the help she requested came from her pocket

They help all they can depending on what is available. They are helpful anf giving. Many blessings to anyone in the organization or associated with it in any way. They do much for the ATL METRO Community.
Yes they can.. But you need to go thru their process.. They have a main office on Peachtree road. Inside of the church. You can go there first!
