How can I get intouch with a member if there has been an family emergency situation and the member doesn’t have a phone.?? Because I called requested to leave a message for the member and the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!

There nobody that works on the weekend. have to personal go up thier. Have to excuse people that work thier. Best to go up personal. Main people that are normal there are off on weekends. Apologize for them. Hopefully situation get better.
