I did not see any pets inside the bowling area. There is a small outdoor section that you may be able to sit at with your pet. You will probably need to leave the pet outside while ordering drinks and food from the bar. Probably worth a quick call to the bar to confirm.
It is not pet friendly
Bowlounge does have a pet-friendly patio, which was just expanded! You are welcome to enjoy the patio with your dog. I can honestly say that I have not seen dogs inside, and there isn't much of an outside patio. I would definitely recommend following up with the venue on Facebook.
