I came to this location at 10:45 and they said that they were closed early because they were cleaning the grill. You don’t clean the grill until after you’re closed. Very sad but also increasingly common with today’s workforce and leadership.

Guess the same stuff is still happening 2 years later ..drive up at 1055pm and nobody was in the store even tho the lights were on and i sat there till 1115 and nobody answered the drive thru so i just pulled thru and nobody was in sight. Online says they close at midnight. Don't stop here when u get off work looking for a meal late at night had to go to jack in the box.

I ordered 4 burgers and 2 fries on a drive thru here. They charged me the whole order , but only gave me 3 burgers and 2 fries. I called them about that but they never picked up the phone.

I made my order as usual - value fries, bacon cheeseburger, and a coke. The lady's name is Red (also tattooed on her arm). I asked for the zesty sauce for my fries. Tried charging me for a condiment! Said since I didn't order the chicken fingers, I would have to pay. Just bad customer service! Also this location is packed with homeless folks on the property. This Burger King does nothing to maintain their property.
