I cannot even believe you guys call that food. I'm so done with your restaurant. Chicken sandwich was old, cold, and gross. My family couldn't even eat it. My husband got a refund. This isn't the 1st time either. We are done with BK.

It used to be great a few years ago. Staff sometimes looks careless. Drive thru orders been taking longer than usual. As long my food is on point it's ok. I guess.

I had placed an order on the drive thru to get a combo meal that was $10.+ but decided to only go for the burger by itself so they told me my total was going to be $12.+ so I thought it was too much just for the burger even do I knew it was $8+ but with taxes it shouldn't be more than $1. I asked the girl if they charge the same for the combo and for the burger by itself so she said no with the combo it's $14.+ so I don't know if she was to lazy to take off the combo and just leave the burger by itself or if she didn't know and she didn't care SO SHE DIDN'T GAVE ME A RECEIPT, I thought it was on the bag but she didn't gave it to me so I'm sure she charge me for the Meal. Anyways the burger supposed to have two strings of bacon or maybe more but instead it came with a one inch small piece of bacon NOT VERY NOTICEABLE ON THE PICTURE WE HAD TO KIND LIKE PLAY BEACON HUNT. Very disappointing and very expensive not to mention the over CHARGE.

I have never seen a burger like this before. I ordered a 2 double cheeseburgers and this is what we got. Pure grade 100% bishop, el toro caca. I would have given them a no star. This was the BK on oates and 635.
