I got a hamburger, fries and chicken nuggets from this Burger King on Saturday. June 25, 2022. Within 6 hours of eating the hamburger and frie, I began experiencing stomach cramps, diarrha and vomiting. Got very sick for 5 days. Only meal I ate before getting sick. I still have the chicken nuggets and some fries if any agency cares to test it. It seemed like food poisioning. Alerted Dallas Police Department and several local hospitals. I will NEVER eat here again!

You all should do something with the lady in the drive thru in the mornings. Very rude and hostile, she is like this every time I come. Then when you ask for a manager say she is the manager. I will be reporting my experience to higher Authority this is ridiculous. Then she want to speak in Spanish and say shut up. It took everything in me not to snap.

Those managers have a really bad attitude I just went to order on 4/4/2022 at lunch time, I order a promotion 2*10 and since your order they make it difficult to order at GMOR ( Get my order right ) and order was wrong and the manager got upset. I told her why she was mad and they said we are not going to sell you. I come to the lobby and the 2 managers were so rude with me they said get out here were not going to sell you, I just said why your upset. I hope this incident is recorded the high level managers take care of this. To this ladies specifically to the Mexican manager. You can not treat your customer like that if you think you have the world at your feet just for being a BK manager good look in your professional career. Im just in shock since all the reviews have the same comments about this girl I've been there 2 times and they were very rude. If you treat customers like that this place is going to go to bankruptcy soon. If you do not like take orders you're in the wrong work. again you can't treat customer like the way you treat just for ask for the orders right. Never said your customer get away from here were not selling you just for asking why you get upset. I hope the high level managers see this post and take care actin about this girls treat customers.

Against my better judgment I chose to purchase a burger here today. I was in a hurry and needed something fast. I take full responsibility for my bad decision. I knew the burger would be a piece of garbage. I knew it would taste terrible. I knew it would be cold. I knew it would be utterly unsatisfying. My fault! I will never make this mistake again! Burger King, you are the worst!
