After the 1st fiscal quarter each year, in march. You don't need the checks though, they keep your balance at the store tied to your account.

Last year it was march 16th. I would imagine the same timeline this year.

Dividends are issued in March for the previous calendar year. At that time you can use them in store, then starting in July-December you can cash the amount of your dividend out at Customer Service. If your dividends exceeds $500 you must request a check. Also dividend balances expire every 2 years.
I thought it was usually in February at some point. Someone at the store might know if you call and ask.
