Worst dealership service experience I’ve had. They never answer the phone and don’t bother filling out the form on their website, it will just be forgotten. They also will charge you absurd prices for even the simplest of services. Save your time and money and find another Chrysler dealer who respects their customers. Won’t return here even if it means traveling farther to get service.

You will have to make appointment with a Chrysler, Dodge dealership. To many possibilities of what could be the problem
Call Chrysler Customer Service and get a claim going. This is the reason why we come to the Dealer ship because they know their cars..... Stay on it..
