13 is the youngest you can be a member. 15 is the youngest you can work out without adult supervision. And If old hours were advertised it is because clubs are individually owned and run. So the hours change club to club.
Unfortunately I think Covid has allowed businesses to change so much. Also depending on states with guidelines and restrictions so much varies. Different states have different guidelines and of course here in SC different cities have different mask ordinances. Yes! It sucks. And I am so tired of hearing "Due to Covid..." however these are truly unprecedented times and all businesses are changing hours. People are not shopping and out like before therefore revenue is down. Businesses cannot operate 24/7 and pay all the cost that includes with loss of revenue. Many estaishments have changed and its up to patrons to verify hours and it does "suck" to pay for something with a contract and things change. But, again... unprecedented times.
