I had a pair of Golden goose sneakers and I wanted them cleaned a little bit and I went into their store and the male cobbler sold me this eraser to help clean some of the suede and it didn’t clean it enough and so he suggested me to put them in an old pillowcase put them in the washing machine on delicate cycle in Coldwater and wash them and then once they’re done take them out and let them air dry when he gave me this advice I told him I was concerned about the glitter coming up the heal tab of the shoe he said no it’ll be fine I said are you 100% sure he said yeah it’ll be fine I said OK. I went home and did exactly what you told me to do and the glitter came off so I went back to the store the next day and both of the employees which one being the owner and the other one being him I explain to him I did exactly as he said to his advice he was 100% sure and now it’s damaged my shoe I went in there ask them to fix this that I feel like they owe me that. They both yelled at me and said they’re not taking responsibility of anything I said but you gave me advice and you told me that it would be just fine. They denied taking any responsibility of my shoe and denied doing anything to try to repair it. I’ve been a customer there for several years I will not go back they were both extremely rude and very unprofessional and gave me advice. You can’t trust them when they give you the advice because the damage it done to mine very expensive shoes they do not stand behind their words. I would never ever go back!

I brought in a pair of Docs with a broken buckle. I was in and out in 5 minutes flat! Nice and helpful staff. Very reasonable price!
