The black card ($19.99/month) includes tanning (stand up or lay down), the total body enhancement stand up bed - (like a tanning bed but it tones skin/muscle), massage chairs, hyromassage beds, free training, a free t-shirt at sign up and you also can bring a guest (can be the same guest everytime... but they don't get access to the massage/tanning, etc.... Just the workout equipment).

The Silversneaker program only covers the badic $10 membership, white card, so it does not include the tanning beds. But you can pay the difference of $9.99/month and get the black card benefits.
I don't know what silver sneakers is but if you have the black card and pay 19.99/month, it includes tanning.
