Yes. There's a good road Without much traffic, that loops to the North end of the park and back. It has a 3' wide or meter wide bike lane on each side going North and going South. Just my guess, but it may be about one mile. If you love working out on the Stairmaster, you are in luck. You can climb about 200 steps from the Broadway side of the park up to the Cloisters. Have fun!
There are alot of paths and stairs, but if thats what you want then yes.
Yeah and a lot hills. Try not to get lost this park is a maze.
