Why would they only accept people on Public housing. Are they government owned. That doesn't seem right. Or are they just doing it because of the money they get from the government.

I live here, they have 18 on the waiting list. They accept public housing only. Age limit is 55 & older.

I'm not sure but think maybe they are based on your income.
