Never had to return anything. Would never try to buy shoes for someone else. They make sure you're and they fit before you purchase, sometimes insoles are needed to make the fit perfect.
I believe it's 10 or 15 days but the shoes cannot have been worn outside They have to be worn on carpet OR OTHER SURFACES THAT WON'T SCRATCH THE SOLES OR HEELS indoors.
