I was referred; I brought a high end bag to be restained and polished and another to be cleaned. Bottom line: GREAT job, one looks like new!! I'll be back and will refer others! ~They DEFINITELY know shoe and bag maintenance. On the other hand, ignore the other, crabby guy who has a hard time greeting customers like he is happy to have their business....poor guy, I'm sure he means well...

Owner was rude and a matter of fact… he told me “to be honest I just don’t want to do it” after quoting me a high price to glue sole down on my shoes. $100 is a bit much to save a shoe. Ridiculous and bad attitude !!

All employees wear masks and area is wiped down every day
We are open 9-5 Monday thru Saturday and 12-4 on Sunday We ask that you please wear a mask. All our employees are wearing mask. We are cleaning the store constantly.
Never had to return anything. Would never try to buy shoes for someone else. They make sure you're and they fit before you purchase, sometimes insoles are needed to make the fit perfect.
