You may be able to offer treatment for discomfort and pain. They have x-ray equipment. I don't know if they have a sonogram. I tried to call for guidance. They are very good.
They would probably send u to the ER
My guess is they would see you, review your symptoms, and then send you somewhere else if necessary, like for a scan or xray. Call them.
