Lori N. Took great care of me. Was able to get me checked out quickly and arrange next day delivery. How can you top that? Thanks Lori! Update: I am a renter and was unaware that I needed a "dryer vent extender" as the employee told me upon delivery. I asked if they had any on the truck I would gladly pay for, but they did not. Delivered the W&D and left. Please make sure you know what parts you may need upon purchase otherwise you will be making multiple trips to get the required items.

Special orders are typically stored and organized in the back. I don't believe they have staff back their full time so when an item is picked up they must call associate to locate it. If on floor takes them time to locate and bring up. I have waited much longer than at times. Not a great processes but staffing is kept low for cost purposes.
