Dr. Tally is an amazing dr. She treats her patients like family She knows her stuff very well too. I'm a diabetic and have a toenail with fungus She trimmed and shaved it really nice it looks so much better I would recommend her to anyone with foot problems She's amazing Her office staff is very friendly and amazing also

Very unprofessional- I had an appointment for 11:45. I arrived at my appointment on time. The receptionist spent 35 minutes checking to see if they were in network for my insurance which they had asked about over the phone when I scheduled the appointment. At 12:25 she called me to the desk and told me the doctor leaves at 12:30 so I'd have to reschedule. I drove 40 minutes to get there--waited for 40 minutes-- and then the doctor wouldn't see me because she leaves at 12:30. What in the world?!! What doctor leaves for the day with a patient in the waiting room that they haven't seen? I told them I wouldn't be back if she wouldn't see me. (Not that I wanted to be seen by Dr. Shah at that point.) She still said I'd have to reschedule. So through no fault of my own I wasted my time to drive there, wait there, and drive home. (Not to mention the expensive gas to get there) What a crock!
