My daughter was medically discharged from ft Leonard, she had a concussion during PT. She is out of her meds. Can she go to the VA to get a refill. Kennesaw is still waiting on her medical records. Her headaches are really bad.

sorry she was injured and had to be discharged! If she is not registered with the VA, she needs to do that first. Bring DD-214 and photo ID during business hrs to first floor Registration. If her meds are not on the system at the VA pharmacy, then she can go to the VA emergency room to be seen and given a new script.

Get her DD-214 asap. Then she will get the help she deserves.

Go to the VA and get registered then go to the ER to get a refill and a consult if possible. Just please be prepared for a wait. All of this can be done today (Sunday).
