I'm not sure if they do but you can call them up and ask yourself. You can also Google, "help to make a resume" or even go to the department of labor as they do help you with it. Plus they give you information on job openings that are available and fit your needs.
They do have a number of classes that offer job search help, including resume writing. Go to the library website and click on the magnifying glass in the upper right corner. Type in resume. Search. First will be materials at the library - which might well be useful. Then will be classes/help offered. Good luck with your resume.
Yes, there are programs where you can meet a trained librarian who could give you information on career-related topics, including resume, cover letter, interviewing and LinkedIn help. They are held every week.
