Unrelenting knowledge and generosity pouring from its walls. Like Jordan in Game 6 it doesn't give up, it doesn't stop pushing itself...the programs, the sense of community, the dedication to the arts, the reading...its all there and more.

I visited here as a tourist. You can find many copies of their inventory compared to other libraries. The sitting place is huge. You can drink coffee inside while reading books. I felt so good to walk in the library. There were some computers available. I recommend to visit this place if you are a tourist like me.

Yes you can and you can Google other sites by you that offer those classes as well.
I believe there's one day of the week but not sure 100%. You may need to call them directly for that information.

Next Microsoft Excel class is at Macon library, June 12 at 4:30. It is a half hour class. You might want to watch the events calendar for later classes. I recommend checking out books on Excel.
On the library website, at the very top of the page, next to "DONATE" is a small magnifying glass. Click on the magnifying glass. Type in what you have interest. Good luck! (It is easy.)
There is. Probably more during school year. This summer, 9th grade and up. Found on library website by searching for "tutoring".
For ESOL classes, you must attend an information session via zoom. There's a link on the public library website and they will have the info at the information desk to the right of the entrance

Before the pandemic there was an office in the library lobby that took applications and documentation for issuing New York City ID cards.
Brooklyn Central Library building is currently closed to the public due to the pandemic though they do have book pickup and drop off service available at the main entrance. When it was open copies could be made with payment through a library card account that could be funded with a credit card at a kiosk in the main lobby. Cost, as I remember it, was 10 cents per copy.
Not right now during Covid. It's only pick up from holds. Go to BPL.com
No, that library only offers drop off and pick up of books right now, sorry.

Hi Childish Naomi, to look for work you must go directly to the companies and organizations to ask questions in regards to employment. That means you would either have to call them email them walk into the location. You can even get on their website and search employment careers and job opportunities. Companies do not hire people to sit and read these reviews. these reviews are basically for the general public to respond and if we're lucky maybe someone who works for that company may come across such questions among the thousands that there are.

You can find that information on their website or Google it. You can also get their phone online and call them. You're not reaching the library itself. We only placed reviews about this location.
I believe you can but get more information online. You can always Google that information on a computer or smartphone.
I believe so but not 100% sure. Give it a try to see if you can.
I'm not 100% sure but I don't believe they are not open on holidays. If they use it as a poll spot, then maybe open on Election day for voters only.
I think on weekend 12 noon and weekdays 9am. You can try checking their website for more information also.
Not 100% sure but you should give them a visit to ask them. I'm sure if they don't, they can give information on who can help you out.

I'm not sure if they do but you can call them up and ask yourself. You can also Google, "help to make a resume" or even go to the department of labor as they do help you with it. Plus they give you information on job openings that are available and fit your needs.
Yes there's free street parking but you need to find it and that's the difficult part.
No sure about that but you can call them first and ask them that information.
I believe there's one day of the week but not sure 100%. You need to call them personally and ask for that information.
They do offer writing classes, although they do appear to be more creative than you may need/ want. You might be better off with a book that will give you tips on how to write papers for college. The library can help you with that - lots of books in that topic.
You should visit their website or call them
I searched the library online catalog. (which you also can do.) No book with that title - any edition.
Google Maps will tell you ... In detail. Search for "shopping near 110 Grand Army Plaza" in Google Maps.
Yes, you complete the application there and they mail it to you. $110 for the passport plus a $25 fee.
You can either go up there or go to th e website. Google NYC I'd and there is an appt link.
