No. They have plain as well. But the spicy isn't all that spicy. Just depends on your tolerance level.

All of their chicken is like a level 6 spicy their tenders are like a level 4 spicy so yes everything is spicy that's straight from the waiter yesterday

Yes. I haven't seen or heard of anyone asking to omit the spices but if they add them after frying and it's not in the batter there is potential for mild.
