NSK bought a pen lad, January. Was added test yesterday. Does not work. Trusted and bought without testing pq on the day of purchase was not possible.

If you bought in January, Then please just bring the item back, with the receipt, and we will exchange, free of charge, and send the one you purchased back for refund for you. We stand behind all of our products. With in 90 days we will return and replace for you, after 90 days you fall on the manufactures warranty. This is our normal practice always.

no problem if you just bought it in January just bring it back we will test it and if it does not work we will replace it. We stand behind everything we sell.
