Went into the room to check it bed had bed bugs fridge full of sticky liquid and hair toilet doesn't work went to the office they didn't want to refund me full refund they charged me $50 because they said I mest up the bedsheet looking for bed bugs which I found and still denied it to my face I asked to go to the room and check it with me so I can show them they refused to care and continued to refuse full refund I ended up leaving with $50 less and no room place will screw you of charges for not liking your room so before checking in ask to see room first

They are still hanging on to my deposit to this day, stayed 1 night in run down old room, barely touched anything. Will be disputing transaction with my bank. Suggest you do the same if this happened to you. Tried calling, mail box full no answer. Foreign scam operation with 3rd world standard of living

For two people it costs $222.00 a week so add that up to a month it costs $888.00.

This hotel is the Cheapest in town and has top security it is 135 tax included for 4 days and 200 a week or forty-five a day,the people aren't that friendly but just stay to yourself and you'll be fine other than that you'll save a heap of money the monthly rate is no longer available
I dont work they... That place is for people who do construction and who's homeless is very trustful I only went there to visit a friend for a week and if you if you bring an extra person you didn't tell them they charge you and next person they charge by the head not by the room
No it's first come first serve so usually I would check with him in the morning but if you could go there now you might be able to get a room and they do weekly bi-weekly or monthly

They don't do monthly... but they charge $208.00 weekly.
They have a mini fridge and microwave. No hot burners. Strictly no cooking in rooms due to fire hazard.

This is not a place you would want for a vacation. Your looking more for hotels down international, I'm just being honest.

I'm a EuroAmerican female construction worker who stays there regularly and I've never been treated with anything but respect. It's a family friendly atmosphere inside the gates which says a lot being downtown on the Trail. No racism at all, in any direction.

Roaches yes but no bedbugs. At least not in my room. Been here for 7 months now. I have gotten rid of the roaches as well. Took me 3 months to get rid of them but I'm quite persistent with the spraying of my room.

I'm sure you could ask about monthly but I pay weekly and it's $208.00, also any guests have to pay 8 dollars to visit, weather it is 10 minutes or 1 hour. They also have to show there id and they make a copy of it.
