I went today to this store because my jeep didn't start and somebody gave me a jump; I was in line waiting for my turn to get assisted and then this guy Ravim tested my car and said there was nothing wrong, so I asked him to check the battery to see if maybe that could be the problem; he showed me an attitude and said I had to wait for that and he went to do something different. I was wondering why I had to wait if I was already waiting for my turn. I also had a visible bracket because I hurt my hips and I cannot stand up for long time and this guy with no consideration told me that I had to wait more time. If he doesn't like to help customers with this kind of issues with cars, then that's the wrong place for him because that's what they're going to be doing all day long

I came to this location on 8/23 to get coolant for my car. I selected one and proceeded to checkout. I believe his name was Vijay checked me out and asked if I needed help putting it in which I did. He came out to assist and after looking in the container in my car he suggested I use a different type of coolant. We went back in the store and he picked the correct one(which ended up being cheaper), came out and put it in my car. He was very kind, patient and extremely helpful. This prompted me to come back for oil today. Vijay was there and check me out again. I will definitely come back to this location if I need anything else. Thanks so much!
