What I really like also is that I can find "experienced dental instruments". Instruments that other dentists, many of whom I have known before they retired, used to treat their patients. If you bought in January, Then please just bring the item back, with the receipt, and we will exchange, free of charge, and send the one you purchased back for refund for you. We stand behind all of our products. With in 90 days we will return and replace for you, after 90 days you fall on the manufactures warranty. This is our normal practice always.
We don't carry in the store, but we can order.
