I would disagree, I'm white and they hired me, however I did have issues when I left. They refused to fill out paperwork for me I even threatened to call the police if I didn't leave the property. I also have not received any of the paperwork back from them.
It's an awful hotel to stay in, so I would assume the same to work there.
