My phone is dead. It got water in it. Put in rice for 24 hours and still doesn't work. I am insured by Verizon on my phone, however am on vacation in Cape Cod, I live in NJ. Am I able to get a phone at your store?

The store is located on Route 132, yes, but if your phone is insured you make a claim with the insurance company (not by coming in to the store). The insurance company mails you a replacement, Verizon does not issue it. You can however purchase a phone at this location, if that is what you would like to do.
