They make you sign in and wait over 20 minutes to talk to someone. I have had them since 2005. They will give no discounts on new phones.. we walked over to T-Mobile..seen promptly..

I have been a Verizon client for over 20 years. We recently upgraded 2 phones without a hitch. Online sent us label with new phone to send back old phone. The this one no label to return phone we called they said they emailed never received then they said emailed again gave them 3 email addresses never came through they said they may be having issues. said they would mail label 10 days later no label. they had said option was to go to store. i did this and Marlo said sorry maybe in an hour or more and by the way he stated they do not take phones back there. I remembered Marlo from years before when i was buying a phone directly at the store but online was offering another deal he could not do as I am on sales i stuck with him as i know he feeds his family through sales. But today Verizon failed and Marlo as well. Company failed on many levels the store has appeared 6 people working company should have one person assigned to customer issues NOT sales this would be a benefit to everyone. Marlo in sales it is about relationships but at your firm it is not very 😞 Once again called verizon they are closed

Why Can't I call this store without going through an automated process, all I want to so is see if there is a particular phone in stock but now I have to show up in person because apparently I am unable to get an employee at my local store on the phone which is what their business is based on?

WOW Yes or no Question ??

No
Spanish and English only, I speak Portuguese if you have a question
The store is located on Route 132, yes, but if your phone is insured you make a claim with the insurance company (not by coming in to the store). The insurance company mails you a replacement, Verizon does not issue it. You can however purchase a phone at this location, if that is what you would like to do.
